Stalking Horse is a celebration of Shiraz, specifically Single Vineyard Shiraz. Bruce, our executive winemaker, wanted to showcase the extraordinary diverisity of grape growing regions of Australia by honing in on vineyards which express true regional character. The first release was from McLaren Vale, the second from Adelaide Hills and the third from Barossa Valley.

Adelaide Hills-- a cool climate Shiraz, perfumed with pepper, spice and cherry blossoms.

McLaren Vale Shiraz-- a rich velvety wine with classic McLaren Vale chocolate and plums.

Barossa Valley-- earthy and spicy with lucious fruit and great length.
