The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon gives a deep garnet-purple colour and incredibly fragrant, lifted blackberry and blackcurrant scents with complementary notes of spice box, wilted rose petals and a bit of mint. Crisp acidity and a medium-firm level of very fine tannins structure and harmonize the full bodied, lush fruit on the palate, leading to a long savoury finish.
